Terms of Service

The rules for using Spiral and our services.

By using Spiral, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Account Eligibility

You must be authorized to act on behalf of your business. You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activities under your account.

2. Subscription & Billing

  • Plans are billed in advance (monthly or annual).
  • You can cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period.
  • Monthly plans are non-refundable.
  • Annual plans may be refunded for unused months upon request.

3. Acceptable Use

  • Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt availability.
  • Do not upload unlawful or infringing content.
  • Comply with applicable tax, invoicing, and data protection laws.

4. Your Data

You own your business data. You grant Spiral a limited license to process it solely to provide the service. You are responsible for data accuracy and compliance.

5. Intellectual Property

Spiral and its software are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service.

6. Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and outages may occur.

7. Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or legal requirements. Upon termination, you can export data within a reasonable period.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spiral is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Spiral after changes means you accept the updated terms.
